1. What is Causewaymall.com?
Causewaymall.com is an online ladies fashion wholesale channel. We are formally and
legally registered as a private company in Hong Kong SAR, and have received business
license from Hong Kong government. Purchase at Causewaymall.com indicates safe and well-managed trading.

2. How can I place an order?

3. Can I order by phone?
We process all our orders from Causewaymall.com, our ONLINE order channel. If you would like to talk to us by phone, please call us on (852) 2951 9000 from Hong Kong time 11:00 am ~ 6:00 pm(Mon to Fri). It is more efficient to EMAIL your inquiry to us, our Sales Executive will follow it as soon as possible.
4. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
Yes, our min. order is US$100 (not including shipping), no limit on order quantity per style; please feel free to mix sizes if applicable.
As to protect our retailer customer by not letting consumers directly purchase from us, our mechanism has set a min. amount of US$100 per order.
5. Do you have Showroom? Can I purchase directly at your Showroom?
We have an Showroom at Kowloon, Hong Kong.
We can only accept online ordering, do not have direct purchase. You may place your order and make payment online in advance.
Our showroom is working as delivery center, all products are well-packed in advance for delivery purpose, while our stockings are stored in mainland China warehouse. It is suggested to place your order through our online system, which makes ordering more convenience to you.
6. Can I use my local forwarder to collect the goods?
You /or your local forwarder can come to collect the paid items at our center directly, please make your shipping address as your local forwarder address.
Orders self-collected will not have delivery charges.
7. How is the quality of your clothes?
Our product quality is good relative to our wholesale prices. Around 70% of our products are same as photos, with another 30% are imitated from fashion magazines.
Our products are suitable for competitive-priced, non-high-ended market. Suggested selling prices are listed in below question.
You are welcome to place a trail order to see if our products are suitable for your market, before mass shipment.
8. Do you have a paper catalogue?
As all of our styles are shown on the web, and goods stock level changes everyday, we regard our online shopping cart as our catalogue. We do not issue paper catalogue.
9. How often do you add new styles to your line?
We frequently change our stock to bring you the best styles every week. The goal of Causewaymall.com is to bring all the latest fashions and trends to retailers with the speed and ease of e-business. Thats why our selection is so dynamic.
10. Are the wholesale prices displayed bundle or unit prices?
Prices displayed are single unit wholesale prices.
11. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer discount in different ways:
Discount by Order Amount:
- 5% OFF discount for goods order amount more than US$1000
- 10% OFF discount for goods order amount more than US$2000
Discount by Membership:
- Basic Membership (2% Bonus Rewards) - Applicable to EVERY order in any purchase amount. After you have purchased once at our store, and successfully
received the parcel without problem, we will credit your account with 2% of previous order amount as bonus credit points. You can use the credit point for repurchase whenever you want.
- Silver Membership (5% off for all items) - Monthly purchase 200 to 499pcs items from us, or, purchase quantity for each style more than 40pcs per shipment.
- Gold Membership (10% off for all items) - Monthly purchase 500pcs or above of items from us. Effective from the second month of ordering.
12. What would be the suggested retail price (M.S.R.P.) of your merchandise?
The regular mark up can range from 50% up to 300% of the wholesale price. You could purchase a fashion dress for $8.00 and sell it for $40.00 (400% mark up) and you probably should not sell it under $12 (50% mark up).
** Retail prices differ depends on countries /locations /your price strategy /targeted markets. Eg. some of our clothes are retailing at:
- US$45 in Lalaport, Tokyo Japan.
- US$16 in online shop from Thailand.
13. How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
90% of our clothes are in One Size. Other sizable clothes are sized at Asian Small / Medium / Large.
Most of our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit. At this time, we dont carry special sizes.
Most of our clothings are tailored for junior to petite adult women (alike the models at photos).
To assist you in ordering the correct size, we have included a link to our
Size chart. Most of our clothes are made with some Spandex which is elastic.
14. How to specify sizes when I Checkout?
Most of our clothes are in One Size. For sizable items, there will have clear size information shown at products description.
Please let us know your prefer sizes for sizable items (for whole or per model) by adding Comment during Checkout, our shipping department will pack accordingly.
15. Is your merchandise used or irregular?
No, we provide our customers with wearable quality of merchandise none of our fashions are irregulars or seconds.
16. Why is my order missing?
If you are choosing PayPal/Credit Card as payment method, please be sure to click the "Return to CausewayMall Fashion Wholesale" link to link back to our site after PayPal payment, so as to final confirm the order at our system.
For secure, a Checkout Order Record would be emailed to you once you try to Checkout.
17. What about returns and exchanges?
We have a well-established compensation system for unmendable defective /missing /wrong items, full detail can be found in our
Purchase Guidelines.
Due to international shipping cost, we do not offer direct return of goods as it is not an economic solution, instead, we offer credits for unmendable defective items.
18. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal/ Credit Card/ Western Union / TT transfer/ HK Bank Deposit. You may see the details in

19. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rate is counted by Hong Kong EMS postage system, base on parcel weight/capacity. You may see the details in
Shipping Rate Chart.
20. Why the shipping rate for my order so high /low?
Shipping rate is based on parcel weight/capacity. You will discover that ordering the same amount of fall styles, the total shipping fee will be higher than that of Summer styles. It is because of heavier Winter clothes than Summer clothes, which leads to higher shipping fee.
21. In what purchase amount can I get free shipment?
We do not offer free shipment at this moment. Purchase in certain amount could enjoy Discount. Please kindly see the discount details in above question.
22. Is there any extra charge ordering from you?
Causewaymall.com would not place any extra charges other than items actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee, to enable shipment. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment, and parcels custom fee/import duties.
23. Is all your merchandise immediately available?
All our styles available at our online catalogue are currently in stock. However some of these fashion styles have limited availability. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
24. How long will it take to get my order?
We will arrange delivery of your ordered stocks from our China factory to HK office when we have
received your full payment. This process will takes 5days.
If your ordered items are in stock and the order is placed before 2 p.m.(HK time), we will process your order in the next working day. If the order is placed after 2 p.m. or on a weekend / bank holiday, it will process your order one working day afterward.
If the clothes is not in stock, we will email you the earliest date that you can have the dress. Refilling of stock only takes
generally one week time, so the latest delivery time would be within 2 weeks.
25. Do you provide C/O - Certificate of Origin or Export License?
Yes we can help you to apply C/O - Certificate of Origin and Export License. For C/O, the application cost is HKD150/USD20 each and requires 3-5days. For Export License, the application cost depends on shipping country and garment type. It requires about 7days.
Please notice our customer service if you wanna apply it/them for your shipments. They are for customs purpose for certain shipping countries only. We only help to apply them for shipments purchased from us.
26. How about if there is out stock items?
As stocks level is changing every Minute, there may have potentially 5% of goods waiting for re-stock or just
sold out every hour, our CS will describe to you in detail, and let you decide whether you would like wait or exchange for another style to enable faster postage. All excess payment/ excess shipping fee/ price difference would be credited to your member account for latter use.
27. Do you serve special manufacturing orders? Personalized options?
We have close relationship with china factory, we can custom manufacture special orders. The minimum quantities will range from 100 to 200 per style. Please email us for details.
28. Your clothes are pretty and in very reasonable price, how can I keep contact with you?
